My Story
I won't tell you to "crush" your inner critic or "optimise" your way to confidence.
After 30 years of contemplative practice and working with bodies and minds, I know that lasting change comes from a completely different approach.

My unconventional background is my strength:
While you've been climbing corporate ladders, I've been exploring a different kind of success. For three decades, I worked as a massage therapist—supporting people's nervous systems, growing my own food, raising three children, and living simply while maintaining a deep Buddhist practice.

Why this matters for your success:
You may have noticed that the same mindset that drives success—pushing harder, aiming higher, always optimising—can sometimes turn inward.
And when it does, the inner critic doesn’t just whisper… it drills. It demands.
It won’t let up.
It makes sense, then, that trying to “burn it like a demon” (a phrase I recently heard from a brilliant woman in the room) doesn’t work long-term.
Because that aggressive approach?
It’s the same energy the critic was built on in the first place.

What I bring that others can't:
-
30 years of somatic wisdom understanding how achievement anxiety and stress live in your body
-
Three decades of contemplative practice knowing how to work WITH internal parts, not against them
-
Advanced IFS training specifically for the unique psychology of women driven to succeed

I've witnessed something important: The most successful women I've worked with aren't damaged or deficient. They're brilliant people whose protective strategies have become too tight. They don't need more intensity—they need skilled guidance in softening without losing their edge.

My approach is different because it has to be. You've tried the "power through" method. You've tried treating your inner critic like an enemy. Now it's time to try wisdom over warfare.
The result? You keep your drive and competence while finally feeling the confidence and peace that should come with your level of success.
